Python Packages Tool Window - Showing Betas

Hi,

When comparing the python packages tool window versus the older method in Intepreter settings, I see that the packages window is encouraging upgrading to beta packages.

For example, with openpyxl.

Current stable is 3.1.2 and is installed to my project.

The interpeter settings recognises this.

The Python Packages tool window is trying to encourage 3.2.0b1.

Is there any way to disable showing non-stable release version packages as new versions?
