Can't install 2024.1.1 - macOS (dmg) on M3

My mac is able to install and run the silicon pycharm CE dmg, but not the standard mac dmg.
You can’t open the application “PyCharm CE.app” because this application is not supported on this Mac.
My macOS is 14.3.1

Can you try to use the Toolbox App to install the PyCharm? It should be install the compatible OS version
