Can't Apply To Student License

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you got such a notification, it means either your subscription is still valid or the problem with the renewal is caused by the existence of two JetBrains
accounts linked with your name. We would be happy to help you to solve your issue, and will just need a little more info. You should provide the email address where the subscription was delivered/the number of order and send any officially issued document with your full name and confirmation of your current student status for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.

https://www.jetbrains.com/shop/eform/students.
Unfortunately, our records don't show any application or a student subscription linked with your email address. Please note that as of July 2024, it’s no longer possible to apply for the JetBrains educational license using official documents. This policy change was implemented to streamline the verification process and ensure a more secure and efficient system for all applicants. To obtain a free subscription, you may apply using any one of the following: 
    • An email address associated with your educational institution, for example, ijs@mit.edu (mailto:ijs@mit.edu).
    • Your ISIC/ITIC membership: You can attach a scanned copy of your ISIC/ITIC card to your application.
    • Your GitHub account: If you have a GitHub Student Developer Pack, you can use the Authorize with GitHub option to claim a free subscription.
    After a successful submission of the form you should get our notification.
    You can be verified as a student on GitHub and ISIC websites providing your official documents without getting your student email address.

After checking your JetBrains account I see that your student subscription is valid until February 18, 2026, and your JetBrains account is managed with this email address mitchbempong16@gmail.com. That means, that you can use it as your login + password to use the software and the JB account. Please log in to your JetBrains account using this email address and password in order to reach your subscription. After downloading the tool, please activate it with the option JB account also using your email address and password. 

Please note that we have unified our policy regarding JetBrains Accounts for individual customers: personal licenses must be managed under a single JetBrains Account.

Thank you for your reply. According to our recordsm your student subscription is valid until September 12, 2025, and your JetBrains account is managed with your student email address. That means, that you can use it as your login + password to use the software and the JB account. Please log in to your JetBrains account using this email address and password in order to reach your subscription here https://account.jetbrains.com/login. After downloading the tool, please activate it with the option JB account also using your email address and password.

The prolongation will become available two weeks before the expiration date of your subscription. You'll get our automatic renewal reminder then that will be sent to your main email address and the dedicated link also will appear in your account. You can use either link in the reminder or the dedicated link in order to renew your
subscription.

screenshot of your GitHub profile with your name and the date of
being verified as belonging to a student (if applicable), your student email address
and attach any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2025/2026 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
