Help missing on PyCharm 2019.3.5
On PyCharm 2019.3.5 (the latest compatible with Windows 7), clicking Help > Help (sic) brings up help for the wrong version:
Anyone know a fix or how to fid the correct Help manually?

Due to the documentation not being publicly available anymore(oldest version you can check it's 2020.1) this is something that we have no plans to fix it as this is a pretty older version. We strongly recommend updating to the latest version.
Alternatively you can use the Web Archive to check, for example:
