pycharm commit send timetracking to youtrack but does not reset

Hello,

i use time tracking of pycharm to track the time i spend coding and then it automatically sends the data to youtrack. 
When i commit code the data of the time tracker are sent to youtrack, but the timer is not reset. This results that the time reported in youtrack will be off on the next commit since it's reporting again some time spent in the previous commit.

Similar experince happens if i switch task, that time is sent to youtrack but timer is not reset. 

can time tracking reset everytime data are sent to youtrack?
