Opening from recent projects menu, always opens project as a new tab in the same Window

Hello, 

When opening a project from the “recent projects” menu, I get a pop-up asking me 
“Where would you like to open the project 'alert-evaluator'?” 

Clicking on “New Window” opens the project as a tab in the same Window, instead of opening it in a new Window

My intellij version  - IntelliJ IDEA 2024.1.2 (Ultimate Edition), Build #IU-241.17011.79, built on May 21, 2024
