Cannot get REPL output on micropython console

I have installed PyCharm CE 2024.1.3 on MacBook pro I can flash the 8266 through serial port at /dev/cu.usbserial-0001 or /dev/tty.usbserial-0001 but cannot see the REPL or the output of the SOC on the micropython REPL console.

The same code runs on Thonny IDE without a problem. But I like your product better.

I am sure that those functions existed on your 2022.x.x versions on PC, I did not verify this version as I am trying to get out of the PC.
