Help! lost the "Add to watch" function from the context menu!!

Hoping somone can help, I've lost the add to watch funtion from the context menu.  I can't find how to turn it back on, and I have no idea how i even turned it off.

I've even tried reinstalling, but I mustn't have got al the library files, because nothing changed.
