Reactivate links to exception location

I have been using PyCharm without any issues at all for about a year, today I have gone to it, ran my scripts and the links that used to appear in the stacktrace that linked to the line in the source code that threw the exception have now gone. Instead, the normal text appears with no hyperlinks. This is an absolute pain for quick debugging.

I have tried reinstalling and everything, but nothing has worked for me and I can't find the relevant settings to either restore factory defaults or reactivate this feature.

Can anyone help me out with that?
