clion tabnine does not show menu above functions, decls, etc

Hi

I bought a new computer and installed a Clion. I am using tabnine. In my old computer, the IDE showed a contextual menu on functions, types, etc, with the options of Explain, Test, Document, Fix and Ask. This is a screenshot: 

Now, the IDE does not show that menu in my new installation.

I reinstalled Clion several times, assuring that the sub-dirs Jetbrains in .local, .cache, and .config are erased.

Could someone help me to retrieve that functionality, which I find very useful?
