No popup menu when selecting "Upload to"

Hi,

When I am selecting "Upload to .." no menu appear on the screen to select different remote servers

It's a known problem https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-33837, that should be fixed in the latest PyCharm 2016.3.1, please update your PyCharm version.
