__FULLUSERNAME__ not resolved in new file

whenever I go to create a new file in AC with:
     right click -> New -> Class

I get a file with header:

// Created by Johnathan on 26/03/2015.
// Copyright (c) 2015 ___FULLUSERNAME___. All rights reserved.

How come FULLUSERNAME isn't resolved from the file template?
