Menu Help -> Productivity Guide

This will show you how much you've used each feature, which is neat. But what's even better is it points you to amazing AppCode features you might have missed. This is how I found "Show Usages" (different from "Find Usages") which I now use constantly.

AppCode has a million features, and it's hard to tell which ones are the most useful - well the Productivity Guide contains a neat overview, and shows you which really great features you should probably know about. It's like the top 10 features list.
