Does Mac OS X 10.5+ keymap work on linux?

I am evaluating PyCharm for Python development. I use Macs primarily but must edit and debug files on company linux servers. Can someone confirm if PyCharm shortcuts that include the Mac command key work on Linux?

This depends on your keyboard configuration in Linux. You can remap the Win key to work as Meta, which will make the shortcuts using the Meta key in PyCharm work.
