How to get the 'install requirements' popup
Very noob question, I had the 'Install requirements' popup previously appearing on the screen. I mistakenly clicked on the 'Ignore Requirements'. And the popup is gone.
I do want that popup to reappear , please suggest how to do.

Go to Preferences -> Inspections -> Python -> Package Requirements. If there are any "ignore packages" listed there, remove them.
