Jupyter Notebook cell margin padding

I wish to be able to adjust the cell padding top and bottom. Sometimes when displaying Markdown/Math from Python, the cell height is not adequate. I would like to be able to adjust.

I'm sorry for the late reply.
Unfortunately you can't adjust cell height, but we've done some work on improving cell rendering and we're continuing to work on it , you could check it out in PyCharm-2016-3.
