Local Java Batch

I am wondering if anyone has successfully ran a local Java batch job via the Modern Batch Console that is integrated with a WebSphere server in IntelliJ. I have been using Eclipse to successfully run local batch jobs, but I am wanting to move over to IntelliJ. I have pretty much found out how to mirror everything in IntelliJ that I have been doing in Eclipse... except running a local batch job.
The answer to my question must use an IBM WebSphere server because that is the only server I can utilize currently.

I am responsible for WebSphere integration and it is the first time I hear about this requirement.
I have submitted new youtrack at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-164291, but would like to ask you to expand on the requirements there.
