It's not a mistake. Normally the number of a build is a version.{number of internal build on the buildserver}. The version 0.2.1.178 was build specially for latests builds of 90.x branch of IntelliJ, which won't be longer supported but still available to download from jetbrains.org (build 90.193). Though, the latest build may be downloaded from http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/IDEADEV/Maia+EAP.
