Does this have an SQL formatter built-in?
I currently use SQLyog and it has a SQL formatter to quickly organize the code. I couldn't find any option like that and was hoping to easily format a query that had all of the line breaks removed.

Sure it has. Settings / Code Style / SQL. The action is called Reformat. (In general, you can Ctrl+Shift+A and type an action or setting name to find one.)
Of course, it has some issues, welcome to report found problems in our bug tracker.

Does this have the same features of code formatting as SQL Complete ? I'm just trying to choose the proper tool and finding out everything
