Cannot use dynamic classpath mode in 12 rc2

Have dynamic classpath enabled but I cannot execute junit / scalatest. Get CreateProcess error-206, the filename of extension is too long.

I have tried turning off dynamic classpath and then renable it with no success.

Not sure if this is scala plugin related or standard intellij.

Any ideas ?
