Can't create RubyGem project

Hello, I am trying to create a RubyGem project for the first time.
The first time I got this error, so I installed Git and set the user.name and user.email as it is stated on the Git Guide
Now I don't get any error but the process doesn't end and doesn't give me any information as to what might be wrong:

Is it possible to get more details about the background tasks?
How can I figure out why the process is not ending?
