All <img> in RubyMine project are showing as broken image symbols

Can someone please explain to me why my images aren't showing in the RubyMine 6 IDE after I've included and referenced them in the project folder? I've been trying for 3 hours to add an image to the brand and embed a couple into the index page. Nothing is showing. Is there a special way that RubyMine 6 works with files?

I suppose it is a Rails project, am I right?

Where do you store images? By default in Rails project stores images under app/assets/images directory
