How to turn off completion from SASS::Script::Functions?
cause when I write "ta:c" it suggests me "adjust_color()" and so on

I have a similar problem with 'var': CSS 'var()' is of more frequent use than Sass 'variable-exists'. This is a serious time spoiler,enough to consider changing IDE.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility of excluding specific files/folders from CSS completion. Please vote for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-55663.
It's not about excluding files/folder, it's about getting CSS completion inside Sass/SCSS. CSS is a subset of Sass, Sass-script shouldn't take precedence on CSS, especially considering that CSS 'var()' is much, much more frequently used than Sass 'variable-exist'.
