3.2 EAP Inspection Failure

Was having some issues with 3.1.1 inspection failing oddly on completion after some time so I downloaded the 3.2 EAP.  I am finding that it is failing as well now.  For example, I have a Rails 3.0 project with the Hobo 1.3.0.RC gem installed and strangely models are no longer being autocompleted or suggested, nor are methods such as "belongs_to".

It seems to have happened perhaps after having rolled back to a previous project version with git, however I am not certain.

Any ideas?  It is terribly bothersome after having had it work for so long previously.
