Right margin line in editor doesn't change

Hello, in Pycharm editor, there is vertical line for right margin

• I can turn it off (double Shift (search Right margin) - Appearance: Show right margin [on|off])
• but I cannot find out how to move it to corect position

I've set the `Hard wrap at` to 120 characters, but it seems that's not the correct option (or at least it doesn't affect the line - it stays at 104 characters)

Is there  way to set that line to 120 characters?
