Can't start RubyMine 681 after first run.

Hello!

I am having issues with RM 681. I install and run the software and it works great. If I close it and then try to start it again using the installed shortcut, the logo flashes and then closes quickly.

I am able to run the program using rubymine.bat (after setting the JRE).

I have used builds since around the 400's but just recently uninstalled them (this might be the issue?)

Any help would be great.
