[Ann] BashSupport 0.9.21

A few days ago I released BashSupport 0.9.21.
It adds support for array variables. There should be very few invalid parsing errors with this version.

With 10.5 EAP I experienced hanging file parsing but it seems to work with 10.0.x.
If there aray any issues please let me know.
