How to use log4j monitor?

I'm an ex-user of Intellij (last used version 5) and I always used to use the Log4jMonitor plugin to capture my log4j output from my application. I found it very useful.

I've installed the plugin into IDEA-8.0 but can't find any details on how to configure it. I seem to remember using chainsaw, but I'm not sure about that.

Any ideas on how to sort this out?
