[ANN] Type Refactoring 0.3.0

A new version of the "Type Refactoring" plugin has been uploaded to the plugin manager.

Changes:

• "SpeedSearch" selection now works in the list of compatible types

• Types list has a more native IDEA look, also showing library/module of a type
