Windows Context Menu plug-in under Vista

I am running Selena (6755) under Vista and Windows Context Menu plug-in actions fail.

Is anyone else seeing that? Should I be running IntelliJ in compatibility mode or in Administrator mode?

When I pick a menu item, I get an error message. I'll attach a screenshot when I get to the office.
