[ANN] CheckStyle IDEA 0.4

Good evening,

After a long hiatus due to RealLife, CheckStyle-IDEA 0.4 has been released.

What's New?
- On-demand scanning support is now available for the current file and entire project.
- CheckStyle has been updated to version 4.3.

Limitations:
- No properties can be editing in the CS configuration file.
