Plugins dependency mechanism changed in 6041 ?

I have 4 home made plugins, one of then is common to all others.
Till build 6041 the dependency mechanism work fine:

   

Sine build 6041, code from common plugin is not found:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: wfplugins/common/DataContextUtil
     at
wfplugins.wfclearcase.actions.ClearCaseAction.getCC(ClearCaseAction.java:40)

Please any advice on that ?
