Commons-lang might be included in core
It would be nice if commons-lang could be included with IDEA , so plugin writers would not have to include this > 60 KB library (besides i'm glad that you already have commons-collection included)... :)

OpenAPI indeed includes most of the functionality of commons-lang.jar, although I'd be +1 on including it. It needs some time to find the replacements in OpenAPI, but you'll get used to it ;)
But why on earth would anyone want to use that piece of brown roses? Commons-libraries belong on the eclipse forums.
