PropertiesEditor Tree structure issue -- Iridia vs. 4.0

Hi!

I noticed a different behaviour of the PropertiesEditor Structure tree window regarding IDEA v4 and Iridia

In 4.0, the structure tree is part of the file view, whereas in Iridia this structure tree is a separate tool window. Is this made on purpose?

I like the way the structure view is part of the file view in 4.0. Is it possible to make this view a user-configurable option?
