[ANN] RemoteSynchronizer v1.2

The import/export is really useful -- can't tell you how many times i have
had the plugin set up nicely in one build environment and needed then to
move to another (and then did the very tedious setup over again)
And until there is websphere integration, the synchronizer is my buddy.
