[RFE] PropertiesEditor: read only-icon not showing

Hi,

When editting a properties file with the PropertiesEditor plugin, if the
file is read-only, the little "lock" icon on the bottom status bar
should be displayed, but it's not. I realize there may be a problem
since it's possible to edit several files at the same time (for
localized properties), but the lock icon could be showing for the file
currently "focused".
