Hello Yann,

There's nothing that makes the Confluence wiki inherently read-only. We can
give write access to it for people that want to contribute.

I'd like to propose to move all Plugin Development related content
from the read-only WIKI
(http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/IDEADEV/PluginDevelopment) to
the "new" community-driven WIKI
(http://wiki.jetbrains.net/intellij/Main_Page). This should enable all
active plugin writers to contribute in an easy way new and update the
contents more regularly.  Thoughts?

I'd expect a more open and bigger community with the other WIKI, since everyone can start writing immediately after registration.
