[ANN] PerforceDirectPlugin 1.1.05

- Bugfixes (the most annoying was that in some configurations, rename/move
left the IDEA file synchronization in bad state)
- Plugin's description extended (most important - few notes/FAQ added)
- some deferred API calls fixed
- again, plugin manager only
- built with IDEA 4.0 #1171
