Actually, I'm not sure if this is a request for JetBrains, or for the
king of the wild lands of inspections that fall outside JB territory:

The "Constant conditions" inspection which this is triggering is one of JetBrains, not one of mine. They'll need to be the ones to fix it (and I agree it should be fixed).
