Show action caption (text) in ActionToolbar

Want to display the name of the action in a custom toolbar, and not only the icon. Is this possible?

I know it has been 10 years, but still, if anyone else has this question, override the displayTextInToolbar of AnAction.
Example:

actionGroup.add(new AnAction("Test") {

    @Override
    public boolean displayTextInToolbar() {
        return true; // like so
    }

    @Override
    public void actionPerformed(AnActionEvent e) {
        // do something 
    }
});
