Jira accounts on jetbrains.net/jira for plugins

Hello Robert,

For my upcoming plugin I'd like to use Jira for bug and feature
tracking.

Is it possible to get it setup on jetbrains.net/jira? There are some
third party plugins managed there, but I couldn't find any information
about how to be included in that third party plugin list and whether
it's available to any plugin or only for selected plugins.
