Question about TreeClassChooser.TreeInheritanceClassChooser

"Search By Name" correctly shows only subclasses, "Project"-tab shows all sorts of content (even non-JAVA-files ?! why is this??) but allows me to select classes NOT inheriting from base class. I consider this being a bug or am I wrong?

btw, is there a way to disable "project" tab?
