bit-rot/bad updates of git --> local changes window

Anyone running into issues with the Version Control --> local Changes view getting all 'wonky'?   I end up with duplicate entries, empty entries, partial entries..etc... seems to get repainted incorrectly as I'm editing code.. but if I expand/collapse a group within there it'll redraw in a nice way...
