Why is it when I report an exception it gets processed as being fixed in a previous build?

Why is it when I report an exception it gets processed as being fixed in a previous build?
For example my:
Report #762344
Fixed in build 138.174
Product: IDEA 139.560
Is it just that it is processed by a robot?

Thanks for the feedback. Seems to be a bug. Reported exceptions shouldn't be marked as fixed in a previous build. Our developer who maintains https://ea.jetbrains.com/ will take a look.
