Disable "Non-Project Files Access" warning

When you try to edit a non project file in IDEA 14 a new dialog windows appears and you have to "unlock" the non project files. Well, I use non project files on a daily basis. So right now I have to "unlock" a least once a day because each time I restart IDEA it ask me again.

So the question is: can I turn off the dialog completly?
