IntelliJ 14.1.5 OS X frequently locks up

Hi

I'm having a terrible time with IntelliJ. Since IntelliJ 13, it constantly locks up. I'd have to Force Quit and restart it every hour or so. It happens regularly and frequently - every one to two hours.

I'm not sure how else to describe the issue as it just randomly, regularly, frequently locks up. I can still typei in the editor, but I can't compile, build, etc. The editor's highlighting feature will fail as well.

I've attached the jstack dump here.

Any help will be appreciated.

This build uses our custom patched Java 8 instead of the stock Apple Java 6.

I see. Is this supposed to be a known issue? I can't seem to find a similar report.

It was not clear from the provided snapshot. IDE was displayig some Mac sheet style dialog blocking input (which is normal).

Actually, although I'm not getting lock ups with this build, my OPTION key on my keyboard isn't being recognised within the IDE.

EDIT: I've fixed it now. :)
