scrolling bug that has been in idea for ages
just wondering: am i the only one experiencing this?
steps to reproduce:
1. open call hierarchy of any method
2. open the tree
3. double click on a method that is in a file which is not yet open
-> the editor opens the file, but does not completely scroll to the cursor, it's somewhere below the visible part of the open file.

also happens on any "jump to anything which is in a file that has not been opened yet"-action.
