Subversion on 94.273 - unacceptable FUBAR

Maybe it stores the user name and password from the last time?

Yes, I got that. It appeared for about 5 seconds - while I was dealing
with two modal popups then it did not appear again until I restarted
IDEA. It took me four IDEA restarts before I was able to get it to work.

This is what I would call a Friendly Interface FAIL.

depends: when tooltip disapears, you still can  open it by clicking notification icon within your Status bar (see attached screenshot, little green icon on the left, it should be red in your case)

I will check that, what I got is sticky notification.

Please check right lower corner, where red "!" sign is.
Click on it, it will open Notifications window.

Ahhhhh!

Now it makes more sense.

I still say that this is way too subtle. Way. Too. Subtle.
