How much time does it take to get a plugin approved by the community?

I have made a Simple Intellij Idea Package for Ionic Framework Code Snippets. This Plugin consist of HTML, Angular JS and Ionic framework Code Snippets. Please Tell Me How I can get my plugin Approved. The Github link to the plugin is https://github.com/PureSingh/ionic-framework-snippets . Use it and Tell How is it and What are your Suggestions over it.
