How to disable a spell check feature permanently?

Spell check feature of IntelliJ is useful for someone, but I often use non spelled variable, class and comment.

So it's not useful for me, and I'd like to disable the feature.

I know how to turn off it, but when I create a new project, spell check is enabled.

How to disable this feature permanently?
